The Brown MAE Foundation invites volunteers to join us for a medical mission. We will be working in rural Dominican Republic. Volunteers without medical training are needed to register patients, do vital signs, help with community health teaching/demonstrations and assist with supply distribution. Volunteers with medical training are needed to evaluate/diagnose patients or provide medical care consistent with their training and assist with medication distributions. The medical missions will be 7-14 days long and will include medical clinics, community outreach events, and cultural activities.
