Events and Activities

School supply donations: The foundation works with various nonprofit organizations to donate school supplies and electronic equipment during back to school (summer) and return to school (winter) events.

Scholarships: The foundation provides annual scholarships:

  • For minority high school graduates who are at or below an income requirement based on family size.
  • For minority college and/or graduate students who are interested in healthcare or teaching careers.

Health education events: The foundation works with nonprofit organizations to plan and execute health education events to benefit communities with poor healthcare access.

International medical missions: The foundation conducts at least 1 annual international mission where medical care and supplies are donated to communities with poor healthcare access. The missions are at least 1 week in length and accept volunteer participants who will self-fund their trip expenses.
